Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Arxium Console processes and why. The informational website arxium.network has its own privacy policy.

1. Controller

The controller is ARXIUM PROTOCOL AG, c/o Zuger BusinessHub GmbH, Alte Steinhauserstrasse 10, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (UID: CHE-___.___.___). Contact: contact@arxium.network.

2. Data we process

CategoryWhat it includes
AccountName, contact email, organisation, role, declared country, the country derived from your IP address, and when you created your account and finished onboarding.
Sign-in methodsFor each linked method: the provider (email, Google or X), the provider's user ID, and the email address the provider shares.
Signing keyYour key's address and public key, and the key itself in encrypted form. It is encrypted in your browser and we cannot decrypt it.
Network activityActions you submit through the Console: signature, address, action type, asset, amount and status. Actions are also recorded on the public Arxium network.
ProgressCompleted learning topics and answers, quest steps, XP, levels and badges.
SecuritySignals from the Cloudflare Turnstile check on sign-in forms, and one-time codes we email you to sign in.

[Counsel: confirm whether IP addresses or request logs are retained by the hosting provider, and for how long.]

3. Why we process it

  • To create and secure your account and let you sign in
  • To build, submit and track the actions you sign
  • To show your progress through the learning tracks
  • To prevent abuse, for example of sign-in and the faucet
  • To answer your requests

[Counsel: legal basis for each purpose under the Swiss revFADP and, where it applies, the GDPR.]

4. Public network data

Addresses and the actions they sign are recorded on the Arxium network, which anyone can read, for example through the Arxium explorer. We cannot change or delete data once it is on the network.

[Counsel: how this interacts with deletion requests.]

5. Service providers

  • Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and the Turnstile security check
  • Neon: database hosting
  • [Name]: email delivery for sign-in codes
  • Google and X: sign-in, only if you choose that method
  • Arxium network infrastructure: submitting and reading actions

[Counsel: processing agreements, and the countries where each provider processes data.]

6. No tracking or advertising

The Console does not use analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking tools.

7. International transfers

[Counsel: transfers outside Switzerland and the EEA, and the safeguards relied on.]

8. Retention

[Counsel and operations: how long each category is kept, including after an account is closed.]

9. Your rights

[Counsel: rights of access, correction, deletion, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to the FDPIC.] To exercise a right, write to contact@arxium.network.

10. Changes

[Counsel: how changes to this policy are announced.]
