Terms of Service

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Arxium Console, the web application for creating an account, connecting a wallet and registering and issuing assets on the Arxium network. They are separate from the terms of use of the informational website arxium.network.

1. Who we are

Arxium Console is operated by ARXIUM PROTOCOL AG, c/o Zuger BusinessHub GmbH, Alte Steinhauserstrasse 10, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (commercial register / UID: CHE-___.___.___).

You can reach us at contact@arxium.network.

2. What the Console provides

The Console lets you:

  • create an account and sign in with email, Google or X
  • create a signing key in your browser
  • register, issue and manage assets on the Arxium devnet, including compliance rules, holder controls and multisig accounts
  • claim devnet ARX from the faucet, and follow guided learning tracks

[Counsel: state whether the Console is offered to consumers, businesses or both, and any eligibility requirements.]

3. Devnet is a test network

The Console currently runs against the Arxium devnet. The devnet may be reset at any time, which removes balances, assets and history recorded on it. Mainnet is not live.

[Counsel: state the status and value of devnet ARX and devnet assets, including how this relates to the estimated euro figure shown in the wallet menu, and that nothing on devnet is an offer of securities or other financial instruments.]

4. Your account

You are responsible for the sign-in methods linked to your account and for the activity carried out through it. Linking more than one sign-in method means losing one does not lock you out.

[Counsel: minimum age, accuracy of information you provide, and our right to suspend or close accounts.]

5. Keys and signing

A Console signing key is created and encrypted in your browser. We store only the encrypted key and cannot decrypt it.

Actions you sign are broadcast to the network and cannot be reversed by us.

[Counsel: consequences of losing a password, device or key, and the limits of our responsibility for signed actions.]

6. Issuing assets

When you register an asset you choose its class, supply cap and compliance rules, such as required claims and allowed jurisdictions. Those are fixed at registration. Holder and balance limits can be adjusted later by the issuer. The network enforces all of them on every transfer.

[Counsel: the issuer's sole responsibility for the legality of any asset and offering, that we do not review or endorse assets, and any restrictions on what may be registered.]

7. Fees

Every on-chain action costs a flat network fee, paid in ARX and shown in the Console before you sign. On devnet the fee is paid in devnet ARX.

[Counsel: any fees charged by Arxium for the Console itself.]

8. Acceptable use

[Counsel: prohibited uses, for example unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, attacks on the service or the network, and automated abuse of the faucet.]

9. Availability and changes

[Counsel: no guarantee of availability, our right to change or discontinue features, and how we notify changes to these terms.]

10. Disclaimers and liability

[Counsel: warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability, within the limits allowed by Swiss law.]

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

[Counsel: governing law (expected Swiss law) and place of jurisdiction.]
